Illalla oli pakkasta -7°C. Aamulla ilman lämpömittari näytti 0°C. Koko päivän on satanut vesitihkua, nyt lämintä on +1.7°C.
Tänään on ollut tosi hankala hengittää! Poskiontelotulehdus on laittanut hengityksen ihan tukkoon. Piti ottaa kaikki astmalääkkeet käyttöön. Jospa tämä tästä, kun antibiootit alkavat auttamaan.

VastaaPoistaEstimo que já se tenha recuperado por completo, Anne! Também tenho problemas de sinusite, mas por acaso nos últimos anos não me têm incomodado! Acho que com o uso das mascaras, não se respira ar tão frio, e isso traz os seus benefícios, por isso acho que desde os anos do covid, deixei de ter tais problemas... ponho a hipótese de no inverno continuar a usar em sítios muito frequentados, para não trazer nenhum brinde indesejável para a minha mãe, que mora comigo, agora na época mais fria do ano...
