Yes they are! They have proliferated so much that people don't like them anymore. They spread out in parks and swimming beaches, and on the pier of cottages. They also make a mess of places. I find them fun to watch.
Hi Nadezda! This goose is The barnacle goose (Branta leucopsis) it is a different goose from The Canada goose (Branta canadensis). This goose has more white on its head and is otherwise different looking.
