JÄÄSSÄ frozen


 Pihan vesitynnyrit ovat olleet aamuisin jäässä. Tänä aamuna pakkasta oli taas -2°C. Nyt ilmanlämpömittari näyttää -0°C.

Kädet on olleet viikon hirveän kipeät, ja poissa pelistä. ( Ranteet, kämmenselkä ja sormet) Etenkin oikea käsi on tuskallinen. Öisin herää, kun kättä liikuttaa.

Viikko sitten oikean käden pikkurilli, meni yhtäkkiä tunnottomaksi. Tunnottomuus ei lähtenyt pois, vaikka kuinka hieroin ja heiluttelin kättä. Seuraavaksi puutui nimetön, sen jälkeen keskisormi, etusormi ja peukalo. Käsi oli aivan kylmä. Tunnottomuutta kesti vajaan tunnin. Jossakin vaiheessa käsi lämpesi uudelleen. Tunnottomuuden jälkeen, käsi on ollut sen tuntuinen kuin se olisi kovassa pakkasessa paleltunut.

Seuraavana päivänä soitin aikaa lääkäriin, jossa käskettiin menemään sairaalan päivystykseen. Menin sinne, ja kävin nuoren lääkärin juttusilla. Minulle sanottiin, että ei tutkita mitään, kun puutuminen on vasta ensimmäisen kerran käynyt. Jos tämä käy 2 tai 3 kerran niin silloin voisi harkita tutkimista!

Olen menossa toiselle lääkärille muusta asiasta, taidan puhua hänelle käsistä.

    Beautiful picture and seems like winter! I wish you all the best and I hope you will find a good doctor ( here in Poland it is almost impossible to find a good doctor) :-)

      Juu, on minun puhuttava puutumisesta toiselle lääkärille. Saa nähdä ottaako mitään kantaa. Pelottavaa tällainen puutuminen, joka ei helpota.

    Dearest Anne,
    Good grief, what an experience and such unkind doctors as well.
    Have you ever looked into 'gout' that is the English word for it.
    I've also figured that out on my own after I'd told my doctor over and over that I have cramps in my foot, lower leg. Very painful and it caused me to jump out of bed when I fell and had a double (closed) pelvic bone fracture. My foot got very swollen a month later. So the food we eat makes us react like that. I have to choose food low on purine. Doing that, I've not had any such gout attack and the cramping is also minimal, very rare.
    Who knows? Doctors don't really care about how we feel, they only want lots of money for looking at us... We have to fight for ourself.

      Hi Mariette! Yeah, it feels like doctors do not care! gout is a painful illness. My mother had a gout on her toes. I went to the doctor again. The doctor said it was a TIA scene. I do not know. What a nervous thing! Fear that it will be a bad scene. There's a bad osteoarthritis in my arms and some bone is in a bad position. May also be the symptoms of them. Hope you have recovered!       Dearest Anne,
      A TIA is a mini stroke so is the doctor confusing that with what you had? Do you take calcium? For a while I had to take meds for osteoarthritis but it made me so miserable and sick that I refused to ever take it again. Tried two different ones but none I would like to ever take again. Aging is no fun but we have to hope the best!
