Hömötiainen The willow tit (Poecile montanus) piilossa!
Leivoin tänään kesäkurpitsakakun. Samalla kun sähköhellan uuni oli lämmin, tein kiinankaalista kaalilaatikon:-)) Tavallinen kaali on kiellettyjen listalla, mutta kiinankaali käy. Pitäisi muistaa joskus tehdä kaalikääryleitä kiinankaalista.
Ps. Äsken oli meidän tiellä 4 metsäkaurista! Harmi, että auto tuli samaan aikaan! Kauriit siirtyivät heinäpellon puolelle. En saanut eläimistä valokuvia.

PoistaWhy is cabbage not allowed? I always make cabbage rolls or savoy cabbage rolls with it because it's so delicate. I've never made cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage. Beautiful autumn and the bird in your photo.
VastaaPoistaI am allergic. Cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, etc. I get terribly sick and nauseous. Asthma also occurs when I eat ingredients that cause allergies. Chinese cabbage has not caused any symptoms for me. I can use some fruits in the winter that I cannot use in the summer, such as oranges. When the pollen season starts, I also have difficulties with food. I am currently waiting for snow and frost, I feel better when the mold and pollen season outside are over. Chinese cabbage makes a good cabbage roll. Have a wonderful weekend Lucja-Maria!
