Aamupäivällä oli käynti hierojalla. Selkä on taas aivan jumissa. Hierontapenkillä oli tukala olla, kun kädelle ei saanut hyvää asentoa. Käden turvotus ja punoitus on vähän helpottanut. Rasitusta käsi ei kestä. Jospa se alkaisi helpottamaan.

Há algum tempo atrás dei um inexplicável jeito nas minhas costas, sem fazer nada de especial... e estive quase um mês, sem me conseguir mexer, até que foi passando aos poucos, com medicação, e movimentos reduzidos... quando a inflamação passou é que pude retomar os movimentos normais... Dearest Anne, Wish I could send you some healing vibes! It must be hard in winter time to deal with this. Around Christmas I was having back problems and life is no fun when dealing with that. But dressing warm, sleeping and resting well did help me. We also went to warmer areas in south Florida but had to come back to freezing weather. We're not yet having spring but so far so good, we manage. Love the photo with the clear blue sky and snow in it on the logs... Hugs, Mariette
